Senior Accounting Role

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage and oversee all aspects of our financial operations.

  • Accounting Process Management: Manage daily, monthly, and quarterly financial activities, including the preparation and tracking of construction draws and lender requisitions.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial packages for project stakeholders, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analyses, identifying areas of improvement and recommending corrective actions to optimize financial performance.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate accounting, preferably with a focus on development or construction.
  • Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and full-cycle accounting practices.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ability to work with project-based accounting systems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Yardi, MRI, or Procore accounting software.
  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
