Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Membership Services Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Membership Services team, you will play a critical role in providing coordination and advice across a range of human resource functions for our members, including employment conditions, entitlements, and membership application processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely information and advice to staff members regarding employment conditions
- Accurate processing of conditions of employment using SAP HRIS system or similar
- Support the RFS Member Services team with coordination and advice
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience in NSW Public Sector employment legislation, guidelines, and conditions of employment awards
- Ability to provide accurate and timely information and advice to staff members
- Proficiency in using SAP HRIS system or similar
What We Offer
- Attractive annual salary $90,915 - $100,316 p.a. plus 10.5% superannuation
- Location: Sydney Olympic Park (flexible working arrangements considered)
