Financial Reporting Analyst Position

The ideal candidate will deliver accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and business partnering that drives performance across our manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver timely and precise financial data to support decision-making.
  • Support weekly and monthly financial reporting cycles.
  • Perform ledger close tasks, journal preparation, and reconciliations.
  • Provide in-depth analysis on operational variances, overheads, and inventory management.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.
  • Partner with operational teams to drive efficiency gains.
  • Support internal controls, compliance, and audit processes.
  • Engage with external partners to enhance collaborative relationships.
About You:
  • Proven experience in accounting, finance, or a related field within the manufacturing industry.
  • Qualification as a Certified Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is highly regarded.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems, particularly SAP.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A proactive, analytical mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
