Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior leaders in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting across various entities.
  • Provide research, capital planning and business case review, capital approval and monitoring, financial, strategic and management advice and support.
  • Establish and manage financial plans and budgets, manage grants, allocate resources and report on financial performance and analytics.
  • Deliver transformation projects and accounting treatment of change, project and program budget/forecast and ongoing monitoring, business case reviews and approvals.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Finance Business Partner or Advisor in a complex organisation with advanced understanding of financial controls and processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to build effective relationships and work collaboratively with business leaders and multiple stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to think systemically, connect strategically complex pieces of work, minimise risk and ensure compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills to develop and present financial analysis, reports and plans to senior leaders.
