We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Financial Business Partner to join our team in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales and account management, with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact and motivate staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Present and review financial performance with key stakeholders monthly
- Review business outcomes by location including revenue, profit, and market/product mix
- Meet with key staff on a weekly basis and review performance including financial goals and improvement areas
- Work with external partners on a weekly basis
- Attend and prepare for senior leadership meetings
- Motivate and assist staff to achieve set financial goals
- Liaise with OH&S representatives should any issues arise and maintain preventative measures
- Ensure all staff meets company requirements
- Identify business opportunities
- Maintain team focus to set financial goals by discussing and reviewing regularly
- Be flexible with changes in business objectives

Requirements:

- Prior experience in sales and finance
- Presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Planning and organisation skills along with time management
- Ability to interact and motivate staff
- Negotiating and strategic planning skills
- Confident decision-making capabilities
- Reliable with an excellent work ethic and be able to work as part of a team
