Financial Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and be able to provide key insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive margin and cost optimisation
  • Provide key financial, commercial, and strategic insights to support business growth
  • Manage compliance, payments, month-end closing, and reporting
  • Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for sales, service, support functions, and operations
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis into customer, product, and segment profitability to identify commercial opportunities and risks
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and supporting the implementation of streamlined processes
Ideal Profile / Qualifications
  • CA/CPA qualified with at least 5+ years of experience in management accounting, business finance, or FP&A
  • Experience in a complex multinational company with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to act as a strategic partner, communicating complex financial concepts and influencing non-financial stakeholders
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling skills; proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP and Salesforce is preferred
  • Commercial mindset with ability to evaluate problems and propose solutions
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to work independently and in a team
  • Self-driven, proactive with high attention to detail and ability to meet strict reporting deadlines
