As a proactive and technically skilled Lubrication Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing equipment reliability through the delivery of proactive lubrication services. Your key responsibilities will include managing lubrication programs, conducting oil sampling and analysis, and providing technical expertise to optimize equipment performance.

  • Develop and implement effective lubrication strategies to minimize equipment downtime and improve overall plant efficiency.
  • Conduct regular oil sampling and analysis to identify trends and abnormalities, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, planning, and reliability teams to integrate lubrication practices into plant strategies.

Key Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Qualified in lubrication techniques – LCAT 1 (essential), ICML MLT 1 (desirable).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in lubrication or reliability within heavy industrial manufacturing.
