About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Early Childhood Education to lead our centre with passion and purpose. With a licensed capacity of 100 children, you will oversee operations, mentor your team, and ensure the highest standards of care, education, and compliance.

  • You will lead, coach, and support your team to deliver exceptional early learning experiences.
  • Manage day-to-day operations including compliance, occupancy, and staffing.
  • Partner with families and the local community to promote a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Drive centre performance through strategic planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Foster a culture of learning, wellbeing, and professional growth.
What We Require
  • A Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
  • Proven leadership experience as a Centre Director or Assistant Director (minimum 2 years)
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Current SA Working with Children Check (Employee)
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • A passion for driving educational excellence and team development
