  • Inspiring and leading a team of dedicated early years educators.
  • Driving high-quality teaching and learning programs aligned with the EYLF.
  • Overseeing the Out of School Hours Care service.
  • Building strong partnerships with families and the wider community.
  • Ensuring compliance, policy adherence, and continuous improvement.
  • Championing wellbeing, inclusivity, and diversity across the Centre.

Collaboration with the Head of the Junior School, ELC Educational Leader, and Director of Learning and Teaching is essential to align with the School's broader educational and strategic vision.
