Assistant Director

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant Director in our team. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in early childhood education.

Job Description:

The Assistant Director will work closely with the Centre Director to provide high-quality early learning and care to children. This includes mentoring and building capabilities within the centre team, supporting the Centre Director in the leadership of the team, and being responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
  • Current SA Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
  • Experience in early childhood education and leadership roles
