Job Description:

As a key member of our Cellar Door team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while showcasing the art of distillation and Australian native botanicals used in our gin.

Your primary focus will be on hosting tours, educating guests about our products, and preparing and serving mixed drinks and cocktails.

Additionally, you will be required to open and close the cellar door, manage stock, day-to-day transactions, and float counts accurately. You must comply with liquor license regulations and RSA legislation at all times.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and public speaking skills, have knowledge about distilled spirits, including gin and single malt whisky, and hold a current NSW RSA.

This is a casual position with competitive hourly rates between $31.23 and $43.72 per hour.
