Job Description:

Subset 27 seeks an accomplished Bar / Venue Manager to lead our exceptional cocktail bar and restaurant experience. We aim for innovative drinks, impeccable presentation, and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create new signature cocktails and maintain drink menus.
  • Pricing, documenting, and training staff on recipes, imagery, and instructions.
  • Manage POS updates and roster allocation.
  • Train staff and monitor team performance.
  • Maintain staff operations, handle sick leave, and coordinate reservations.
  • Develop a positive team environment through effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing similar roles under pressure.
  • Effective management of bar premises and front-of-house operations.

Working Conditions:

  • Located next to Edmondson Park Train Station with onsite parking.
