Lead Mixology Manager

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective bar operations to meet business objectives through efficient team management, stock control, and cost reduction.

Key Responsibilities:

">

• Develop and implement bar strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability

">

• Manage a team of mixologists to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets

">

• Implement effective cost control practices across bar operations to ensure consistency in people practices through mentoring and coaching

">

• Develop and implement cocktail beverage changes, including recipes, menus, and staff training to stay ahead of industry trends

">

• Provide input into new beverage offerings through product tasting and feedback sessions to ensure quality and consistency

">

Requirements and Qualifications:

">

• 18 years or older with a valid RSA license and extensive knowledge of spirits, beers, and wines

">

• Ability to lift heavy loads weighing up to 40kg (desirable)

">

• Experience using stock, ordering, and inventory systems to manage bar operations efficiently

">

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
