The role of a Bar Manager is to oversee the overall bar operations, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.

Located in Megalong Valley, our restaurant offers breathtaking views of the escarpment and surrounding bushland. As a result, we are seeking a professional with passion for creating innovative non-alcoholic pairing drinks using our abundant fruits, botanicals, and herbs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing staff and maintaining a positive work environment
  • Coordinating beverage menus and ordering supplies
  • Developing unique drink recipes and presentation styles
  • Ensuring efficient inventory management and minimizing waste
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports as needed

For this position, you should have:

  • A minimum of one year's experience as a bar manager or similar role
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Valid RSA certification and ability to work varied shifts
