Dynamic Early Childhood Educator Role for Progressive Learning Environment

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at RMIT University's Melbourne CBD Campus. As a vital member of our educational community, you will be responsible for crafting and enhancing exceptional learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
About the Position
- Full-time Fixed Term position until January 2026
- Salary Level Childcare Worker 4 – Above Award
- Based at the Melbourne CBD Campus
Key Responsibilities
- Crafting and implementing developmentally appropriate children’s programs aligned with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VELYLDF)
- Collaborating with colleagues to create a nurturing and enriching atmosphere within the Centre
- Maintaining open communication with families from diverse backgrounds
- Supporting a team environment and adapting to changing Centre needs
- Demonstrated ability to observe, plan, implement, and evaluate program effectiveness
Requirements
- A minimum of a Diploma of Children's Services or equivalent in Early Childhood Education, recognized by ACECQA
- A current Level II First Aid Certificate, including CPR
- Anaphylaxis and asthma training
- Appointment subject to passing a Working with Children and National Police Check

Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position ranges between $70,000 - $90,000 AUD, depending on qualifications and experience.
