Dedicated Early Childhood Educators for Dynamic Casual Roles

At Tradewind Australia, we're seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators to join our dynamic casual educator pool in the Southern Suburbs of Melbourne.
We're looking for enthusiastic and qualified educators who share our commitment to providing top-notch care and education to young people. As a Casual Early Childhood Educator with us, you'll play a pivotal role in engaging children in meaningful play-based learning activities and implementing educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues while ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in maintaining accurate records of children's development and learning experiences.

The successful candidate will hold a fully completed Diploma in ECE (or ACEQUA equivalent), valid Working with Children Check, current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training, as well as current Do Food Safely Certificate and Mandatory Reporting for Early Childhood qualifications.

Key duties:

Average Salary Range: $35-$45 per hour, dependent on experience
