About Our Early Childhood Teaching Opportunity
We believe in providing children with the freedom to choose their learning path, which is why our curriculum at Only About Children focuses on child-led play-based education. Our daily practice incorporates various programs such as Active, Drama, Language, Music, and Sustainability, all of which are embedded into our daily activities.
Our Melbourne Campuses are seeking full-time ECT qualified Early Childhood Teachers with at least two years of full-time post-accreditation work experience. This role offers a Teacher level 1-5 (Teacher Award) position, with a salary range of $75,598 - $100,440 depending on your level and experience. Our early learning Campuses have been designed to inspire 0–6-year-olds to grow, learn, and discover. The campuses feature three levels with age-specific learning environments, creating an open yet intimate atmosphere. Our playgrounds and resources are designed to facilitate interactive and engaging experiences for our children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing educational programs that cater to a holistic view of each child's development
- Maintaining accurate records of the children's progress, program details, and daily information
- Assisting with daily room tasks, including activity preparation and mealtimes
- Ensuring high-quality services that meet the National Quality Standards
- Complying with relevant Government Regulations
- Guiding team members in their professional development, individual goals, and performance

Requirements:
- A Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or equivalent ACECQA approved teaching qualifications
- Valid VIT registration (Early Childhood)
- Minimum two years full-time work experience
- Experience in planning and implementing educational programs that value a holistic view of each child's development
- A strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
- Effective implementation of pedagogy in your teaching practice
- A valid employee Working with Children Check number
