What You'll Do

  • Manage properties daily, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Prepare and execute storage shed leases/files as needed.
  • Conduct private inspections with prospective tenants, providing excellent customer service.
  • Liaise with rental providers, tenants, and tradespeople, maintaining effective communication.
  • Process rental applications promptly and accurately, meeting deadlines.
  • Prepare files for new tenancies, adhering to quality standards.
  • Complete condition reports before tenancy starts, ensuring accuracy.
  • Negotiate, prepare, and execute lease renewals, achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Conduct final inspections and coordinate cleaning/repairs for re-letting, including bond releases.
  • Use software for maintenance requests, streamlining processes.
  • Attend tribunal hearings as needed, representing the company's interests.
  • Assist in the smooth operation of the rental department, contributing to team success.
  • Perform additional duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
