Retail Manager Position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to join our team as Team Leader.
In this role, you will play a key part in leading and motivating a team of up to 20 team members, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As a leader, you will be responsible for supporting and developing your team members, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to drive business success.
- Lead by example - coach and develop your team to succeed
- Drive sales growth - take ownership of product management within each department
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences - ensure every customer leaves with the best possible experience

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a leadership role within a large-format retail environment
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of up to 20 team members
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- First Aid certified (or willing to be trained at our expense)
- Full working rights within Australia
