Job Overview

The role of Workplace Enablement Manager entails driving a workplace that thrives. This involves taking ownership of how the workplace operates, ensuring safety, consistency, and an exceptional experience for both employees and customers.

Exceptional policy, process, and innovation abilities are also necessary to keep things running efficiently.

Additionally, stakeholder management and communication skills are essential to collaborate across teams and external partners with customers at the centre of what we do.

Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset are necessary to resolve escalations and drive continuous improvement in the workplace.
