**What's the role?**

You'll be the driving force behind a workplace that doesn't just function—it thrives. As the Executive Manager of Workplace Enablement, you'll take ownership of how Westpac's workplaces operate, ensuring safety, consistency, and an exceptional experience for both employees and customers. From concierge services and executive suites to catering, activations, and emergency management, you'll orchestrate it all. You'll work closely with our partners to ensure our workplaces are the best, innovative, and deliver on people centred experiences. This full-time Sydney-based role is about making our spaces work smarter, better, and with impact.

**What do I need?**
- Significant experience in corporate real estate as well as strong leadership skills with a passion for customer service
- Exceptional policy, process, and innovation abilities to keep things running efficiently
- A talent for stakeholder management and communication—you'll collaborate across teams and external partners with our customers at the centre of what we do
- Problem-solving skills to resolve escalations and drive continuous improvement
- A proactive mindset, ensuring our workplaces stay ahead of the curve and delight those who use them
