Workplace Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to lead our workplace services team. As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for driving team performance and outcomes while maintaining a positive work culture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operational oversight and management of all core workplace services functions (Workplace Services, Property, and Experience functions)
  • Leading efforts to drive positive workplace experiences through various programs, initiatives, and innovation
  • Managing a strong team to support the delivery of workplace services across the portfolio, ensuring alignment with business needs and expectations while delivering exceptional customer service

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Experience working in team environments and managing team members
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, solutions-focused, outcome-driven, collaborative, and reliable
  • Strong decision-making ability – knows when to escalate and when to decide
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on transparency
  • Innovation, curiosity, and a growth mindset
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role within a professional services firm or medium-to-large corporate environment
