Job Title: Strategic Treasury Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our treasury function in Sydney. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in financial risk management, treasury strategy, and cash management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide counsel on financial risk management solutions, including market risk, commodity risk, liquidity risk, funding and refinancing risks, and counterparty credit risk
  • Develop and implement treasury strategies, operating models, and transformation support for corporate clients
  • Manage cash management, transactional banking tenders, payments improvements, and working capital optimization projects
  • Leverage AI to drive efficiencies and better business outcomes
  • Supervise and manage a team of treasury professionals

To succeed in this role, you will need 5-7+ years of demonstrated experience in banking, corporate treasury, capital markets, or investment areas, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
