As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in our Hospitality Sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage inbound sales for hospitality venues in the APAC market.

You will build strong relationships with merchants, understanding their objectives and providing solutions that add value to the customer.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, tailoring recommendations to their needs and preferences.
  • Build trust and rapport, demonstrating active listening to support upselling and account growth in every customer interaction.
  • Guide customers through their upgrade path from basic platforms to more advanced platforms.
  • Demonstrate software solutions to customers, including core POS products, modules, and upgrades.

In addition, you will:

  • Be responsible for reactive upsell from inbound sales and expansion of monthly recurring revenue.
  • Develop strong retailer advocacy and increase empathy among hospitality owners throughout the company.
Key Requirements
  • Experience in account management, sales development representative, or similar roles with a sales quota.
  • Understanding of solution-based consultative sales in a SaaS environment.
  • An entrepreneurial approach, working smarter not harder.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
