Executive Sous Chef Position in a Renowned Dining Establishment

We are seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team at Club Helensvale, one of Australia's largest and most prestigious bowls clubs.
Located on the Gold Coast, our club offers a unique blend of dining, gaming, and sporting facilities, making it an ideal work environment for culinary professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments.
The successful candidate will have a Certificate III in commercial cookery and extensive experience in sous chef roles, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes under pressure.
In addition to their technical skills, they will possess excellent leadership abilities, ensuring seamless collaboration between kitchen staff and maintaining a culture of innovation and excellence.
We offer a competitive salary range of AUD 70,000 - 90,000 per annum, based on experience, plus additional benefits including:
