Senior Client Solutions Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Solutions Manager to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our Global Payments Solutions (GPS) team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end customer implementation function.
With extensive experience in client implementation and a proven track record of delivering complex projects, you will ensure that our customers receive tailored solutions that meet their business needs. Your expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be essential in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
This role offers a unique opportunity to expand your network and career opportunities in a truly global banking environment. You will work closely with new clients to confirm their requirements and implement the set-up, testing, and transfer of systems and information, facilitating a smooth transition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining all new and existing business relationships for complex, high-value clients locally and in the Asia Pacific region.
- Efficiently managing the resolution of client issues through effective problem-solving and timely communication.
- Monitoring system performance, ensuring customers are notified of delivery delays and system-related issues.
- Arranging post-implementation reviews to obtain feedback for continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.
- Contributing to team engagement by providing support to new and existing colleagues as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in client implementation, ideally in a transaction banking or commercial banking environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven and progressive cash management/payments product set-up and management experience or equivalent.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial cash management and electronic banking products.
- Project management experience managing and implementing projects with experience in commercial banking.
- Proven ability to deliver creative and flexible customer solutions through strong problem-solving skills and lateral thinking.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including market-leading subsidised private health cover, enhanced parental pay, and subsidised banking products and services. Preference will be given to candidates who hold Australian PR/Citizenship or New Zealand Citizenship, or who can demonstrate current unrestricted work rights in Australia without limitations.
