**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Concierge to join our team. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Host guests by welcoming them with a professional yet friendly manner
  • Check-in/check-out guests, answer calls from both in-house and outside guests
  • Assist with Concierge duties including valet parking cars, assisting with guest luggage and deliveries
  • Be fully conversant with hotel activities and facilities, as well as Brisbane services and attractions
  • Anticipate guest needs and handle inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner
  • Handle reservations enquiries and assist with accommodation bookings
  • Balance department dockets and cash, and ensure credit cards are all in balance before closing shift
  • Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information

**Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Working rights in Australia
- Enthusiastic to escalate your career
- Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
- Competent with OPERA Software or similar
- Flexibility with working weekends
- An up-to-date RSA and drivers licence
- Ability to work evening shifts 11pm - 7am over a rotating roster as per business needs
