
Risk Management Coordinator

Job Overview:
This position plays a vital role in supporting the Insurance and Risk team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and fostering a culture of safety and proactive risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Insurance and Risk team to deliver exceptional client service and experiences.
- Process insurance and risk data into our internal systems and databases for seamless tracking and management.
- Triage incident reports, allocate files accordingly, and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide expert assistance on Insurance and Risk product training queries and inquiries.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and update training materials on the HUBB platform.
- Model the values of the Uniting Church in Australia, Queensland Synod in daily work interactions.
- Adhere to Queensland Synod policies, procedures, and relevant legislation to maintain compliance.
- Pursue other duties as directed within the scope of the role and capabilities, promoting efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Senior Certificate (Qld Year 12).
- Desirable: Experience in Insurance or Financial Services, or a willingness to acquire necessary skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
- Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships.
- Superior problem-solving and decision-making abilities to drive results.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage workload efficiently.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Additional Requirements:
- Holding a valid Driver's license.
- Eligibility to legally work in Australia.
