Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our assurance and investigations function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing risk management strategies across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitating risk management processes with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with risk management standards
- Providing expert advice and information to stakeholders on risk management best practices
- Managing and reviewing the HSE risk framework, including policies, procedures, and form templates
- Testing and reviewing control effectiveness through the assurance framework
- Reviewing incident trends and data sets to suggest actions plans to improve risk performance
This role requires strong expertise in safety and risk management principles and practices, as well as experience in investigations and auditing. You will possess tertiary qualifications in risk management, health and safety, or equivalent, and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality investigation reports and leading HSE assurance activities.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate, facilitate, and influence stakeholders at all levels. They will also have strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and report writing skills, and competency with business or risk insight tools such as CAMMS risk.
