We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our operations team in the mortgage settlement process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify accuracy of documents, ensuring compliance with customer needs, regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
- Process settlement workspaces, facilitate funding, and finalize mortgages, along with collateral creation or discharge.
- Collaborate with the team to manage workflow and achieve strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in Financial Services with exposure to operations.
- Knowledge of property settlement processes within Australian lending standards.
- Knowledge of relevant finance industry standards, acts, codes, and legislation.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to work at a fast pace individually and within a team.
- Commercial acumen, technical expertise, and high attention to detail.
