Job Role:

The Credit Analyst plays a pivotal role in assessing loan viability and working closely with key stakeholders to deliver the best possible outcomes for customers.

We are looking for an individual who is confident in making outbound calls, building strong relationships with leads, and guiding them through to a successful outcome.

Duties:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
  • Proactively contact existing customers from the database to strengthen relationships.
  • Follow up on leads generated through various channels to drive successful outcomes.
  • Assess loan applications in line with company policies and credit procedures.
  • Conduct thorough employment and rental reference checks.
  • Liaise effectively with brokers and customers to manage applications smoothly.
  • Review and assess credit files, including analysis of financial data.
