Administrative Support Specialist
The role provides a range of administration support services which contributes to the effective and efficient functioning of the organisation. We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to provide high-quality administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with stakeholders to obtain information and arranging follow-up interviews to agree the administration process.
- Consulting with stakeholders and internal teams.
- Instructing and providing relevant information to service providers.
- Arranging for funerals and asset collections where required.
- Contribute to the operational efficiency of administration processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to cope with a high volume of work and prioritise work to meet task deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to deal with challenging situations.
