Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage commercial properties, including lease negotiations, premises searches, and rent determinations.
  • Conduct daily property inspections, maintain tenant relations, and administer leases.
  • Utilize strong organizational and communication skills to handle multiple properties and clients effectively.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Lease Management and Commercial Property Administration.
  • Strong skills in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution.
  • Ability to conduct Premises Searches and Rent Determinations.
  • Proficiency in providing Strategic Commercial Property Advice.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in the Greater Adelaide Area's commercial real estate market is a plus.
