About the Role:

  • Drive financial strategy through insightful analysis and collaboration with our founders
  • Establish and lead the Finance function at Mindset Health
  • Develop and manage budgets and financial models to predict cash flow, revenue, expenses, and burn
  • Prepare and present financials and metrics for investor board meetings
  • Design and implement efficient finance operations, including financial controls, invoice approval, payroll processing, and employee card management
  • Manage external bookkeepers and tax accountants
  • Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of accounting and finance experience, preferably as a Financial Controller
  • Degree in accounting, finance, or a relevant field
  • CPA or CA preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of financial planning and analysis
  • In-depth understanding of month-end reporting, financial statement preparation, and bookkeeping
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Loves to be hands-on and executing
  • Exhibits a growth mindset
