Financial Controller

Randstad Senior Finance has partnered with a global financial services organisation to offer an exciting opportunity for a skilled Financial Controller to contribute to their Finance Controllership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver monthly financial reports in line with accounting standards, company policies, and deadlines.
- Work alongside the broader Finance team across the Pacific region to support accurate and timely reporting.
- Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including preparing general journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Review financial records across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Address financial inquiries by gathering and analysing data.
- Liaise with offshore teams and auditors to ensure audit requirements are met.
- Support year-end tasks and internal projects as required.
Ideal candidate:
- At least 3 years of general accounting experience (BIG 4 preferred).
- CA/CPA qualification and a degree in Commerce, Accounting, or equivalent.
- Experience with month-end close processes and general ledger reconciliations.
- Strong understanding of technical reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (experience with Oracle is highly desirable).
- Attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing demands.
