About the RoleThis position requires an accomplished talent acquisition professional who can work closely with dispersed leadership teams to provide expert advice on hiring niche roles.
Key Responsibilities:- Job design and position description review
- Job advertising and posting
- Offer Management
- Manage the relationship with External Recruitment
- Partner with hiring managers to develop and advise them on sourcing processes and channels
You will own the entire onboarding process, ensuring new employees have a seamless and engaging experience. A successful track record of supporting recommendations is essential.
RequirementsWe are seeking an accomplished Talent Acquisition professional, ideally with in-house experience, who is comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders. You should possess a successful track record to support your recommendations.
