The Role

A key player in shaping and executing a high-impact attraction strategy, you will build brand presence, craft compelling narratives, develop and embed our Employer Value Proposition (EVP), and position us as an employer of choice in a competitive market.


Key Competencies & Experience
  • A minimum 4 years' experience in recruitment with demonstrated success in designing and executing talent attraction strategies.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders across diverse business units and manage full-cycle recruitment across various levels and functions.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to translate insights into action and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of EVP, brand storytelling principles, and its implementation across channels, with excellent organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills.
