Talent Attraction Consultant, Network Operations

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly skilled and motivated team to deliver exceptional results in talent attraction. As a Talent Attraction Consultant, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for award-level roles within our Network Operations group.

  • Strong experience in volume recruitment with a proven track record of delivering high-quality candidates.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

About You

As a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional, you will have a passion for creating exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences. You will thrive on building creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles in a fast-paced environment that rewards your skills and career development.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant/Specialist recruiting external talent in a TA function, RPO or Recruitment agency environment.
  • Meaningful examples of proactively and innovatively sourcing external talent that supports the enterprise people strategy.
  • Team player who thrives on a collaborative environment where it's a one-team mentality to deliver the best outcomes for all.
