Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our business is seeking a Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive growth through effective recruitment and hiring processes. This role will play a key part in shaping the future of our organization by attracting and hiring top talent across various functions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and improving hiring processes, identifying and engaging with new talent pools, and assisting with HRIS configurations and automation. They will also support HR and recruitment projects such as ATS implementation, employer branding, and onboarding optimization.
- Develop strategic hiring plans to attract top talent in fast-paced environments.
- Identify and engage with new talent pools and sourcing channels to improve diversity and inclusion.
- Collaborate with HR teams to streamline hiring processes through automation and data-driven insights.
- Support the development and maintenance of employer branding strategies to enhance our organization's reputation.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced agency or in-house environment.
- Strong skills in job ad writing, Boolean search, and talent mapping.
- A data-driven approach to inform hiring decisions and optimize workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and high emotional intelligence to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
