Pet Ashes Specialist

As part of a leading pet cremation services provider, we offer expert care for grieving families. This is a Casual Role that requires weekend availability.
Our team works with veterinarians and their clients to provide emotional support during difficult times. We believe in compassion, empathy, and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare pet ashes into urns, boxes, and jewelry by using safe procedures.
- Take high-quality clay, ink, and digital paw prints to commemorate special moments.
- Prepare pets for final goodbye viewings and cremation viewings, maintaining professionalism and respect at all times.
- Manage pets in cool rooms and ensure facility cleanliness by adhering to health and safety standards.
- Assist with warehouse duties, including unpacking stock and accepting deliveries, ensuring efficient operations.
- Compassion for animals and strong emotional intelligence to handle deceased pets professionally and ethically.
- Ability to lift pets of all sizes safely (up to 25kg) while maintaining physical stamina.
- Excellent computer and administrative skills to manage tasks efficiently.
- Organized and detail-oriented individual with good eye-hand coordination.
- Adaptability to changing environments and demands on time, prioritizing tasks effectively.
