Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client inquiries across various platforms, providing clear and concise information to ensure timely resolutions.

  • Coordinate information between teams to ensure seamless service delivery, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and empathy.

  • Assist clients during viewings and collection of ashes, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a deep understanding of their needs.

  • Prepare client viewing rooms to the highest standard, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.

  • Manage client payments across payment services, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely processing.

  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry of client and veterinary information, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office experience, with proficiency in data management and record-keeping.

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

  • Able to handle deceased pets in a professional manner, with sensitivity and respect.

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations.
