Job Overview

As a Performance Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our promotional activities. This includes planning, executing, and measuring strategic experimentation and revenue-generating campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end setup and administration of standard monthly promotions and other offers.
  • Facilitate the execution of promotional experiments and campaigns by coordinating with various internal teams.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance checks for both pre-live and live promotions to ensure accuracy and functionality is as expected.
  • Support Customer Experience (CX) by providing promotional details and assisting with the resolution of customer issues related to offers.
  • Actively identify opportunities to implement automations and improve existing processes for greater efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • >2 years' marketing experience (or related field)
  • Experience with campaign briefing
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Asana) and Google Suite
  • Experience with AI and automation tools is highly regarded
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for spotting errors
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving within defined remits
