Position Summary:

The Marketing/Channel Programs Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the execution of marketing events and campaigns across ANZ. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, impactful marketing initiatives. A key focus of the role will be assisting in the coordination of ANZ flagship events, including pre-event planning, onsite support, post-event wrap-up, and associated social media activity. The role also includes overseeing presentation content management to ensure brand consistency and message alignment.

This position will be based in Brisbane, QLD.

Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):

• Support marketing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and objectives are met.
• Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of ANZ flagship events, including industry events, Mission Briefing, Roadshow, and community events.
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics, including venue coordination, supplier management, run sheets, and branded collateral.
• Provide on-the-ground support during events to ensure a seamless experience for attendees and stakeholders.
• Maintain a central repository of up-to-date presentation materials for use across events, webinars, and partner engagements.
• Coordinate and schedule social media posts before, during, and after key events to drive engagement and visibility.
• Track performance and engagement metrics to inform future campaigns.
• Work closely with the ANZ Sales and Marketing teams to align marketing efforts with regional goals.
• Manage marketing merchandise inventory and distribution for events, campaigns, and team needs.
• Assist with travel coordination for team and event attendees where required.

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or event execution.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating events and/or marketing campaigns.
• Experience supporting or managing social media for brand or event marketing is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail with an eye for branding and messaging consistency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint), and project management tools.
• Experience with virtual event platforms (e.g., CVent) is a plus.
