The Role

We are seeking highly skilled and passionate Support Workers to join our team in Shepparton, Victoria. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs to achieve their goals and live independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs, including those with dementia, mental health conditions, and physical disabilities.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote independence and empowerment.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals, promoting a sense of belonging and connection.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent.
  • First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, and Medication Administration training or willingness to obtain.
  • Current Driver's License (mandatory).
  • NDIS Worker Screening check and Working with Children Check.
