The Opportunity

We are seeking a Community Disability Support Worker to join our team in Shepparton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support to a customer with daily living tasks, enabling them to live an independent and holistic life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
  • Providing support with hygiene and personal care
  • Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
  • Assisting with medication compliance, including the dispensation of prescription medication
  • Meal assistance, including meal preparation
Requirements:
  • A minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Individual Support
  • At least one year of experience as a Disability Support Worker
  • NDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 years), CPR (12 months), and National Police Clearance - or willingness to obtain
  • Comprehensive Car Insurance
  • Reliable vehicle and license
