Disability Support Professional

As a Disability Support Worker at Yooralla, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, making a real impact on the lives of our clients. You'll be part of a team that's dedicated to empowering people with disabilities to achieve their goals and live independently.
What You'll Do- Support clients with daily living and personal care needs, including assistance with meal preparation, personal hygiene, and mobility.
- Work closely with clients to implement personalized plans that address their unique needs and goals.
- Provide support with shopping, appointments, and events, helping clients to maintain their independence.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure high-quality support services.
- A positive approach, initiative, and self-motivation.
- Effective communication skills and good English literacy to communicate well with clients.
- A willingness to support clients with personal care activities and work collaboratively in a diverse team.
- Australian Driver Licence and the right to work in Australia.
- The ability to get a First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certificate if you don't already have one.
