Position Overview
We are seeking a professional to join our corporate team as a Front Desk Associate. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has experience in managing high-level stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, welcoming all guests and announcing visitors professionally
- Manage reception duties, including general administration tasks such as photocopying, binding, filing, and data entry
- Maintain the kitchen area and meeting rooms, ensuring they are clean and presentable
- Assist with meetings and events as required
- Organize and distribute business equipment for relevant office stakeholders
- Ensure all administration information remains current and accessible to all stakeholders
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
- Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate Microsoft Suite skills, including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
- Experience in Adobe Professional
- High level attention to detail
- Great communication and self-motivation skills
