Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the front desk operations, providing administrative support and coordinating facilities requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations including answering phones, responding to emails and greeting visitors;
- Provide administrative support to the team including data entry, filing and other tasks as required;
- Coordinate facilities requirements including maintaining inventory, ordering supplies and arranging maintenance;
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role;
- A friendly, outgoing disposition with excellent customer service skills;
- Professional presentation and exceptional telephone manner;
- Well-developed computer skills (Google Workspace experience preferred);
- Strong organisational and time management abilities;
- High level of confidentiality;
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills;
- A collaborative team spirit;
