We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Front Desk Associate to join our team at W Brisbane. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and unique.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, a focus on loyalty and guest satisfaction, and experience working in a fast-paced hotel environment. You'll be confident in your ability to work effectively as part of a team, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be proficient in the use of property management systems such as Opera. You should also be able to work well in a team environment, taking direction from senior staff members and contributing to the overall success of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and high-quality guest experiences
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, using property management systems to manage guest information and track hotel operations
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Diploma or certificate in a related field, such as hospitality or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
  • Proficient in the use of property management systems, including Opera
  • Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
