About the Position

As a Senior Retail Manager, you will oversee store operations during evening and night trade. Your key responsibilities include maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management.

You will also be responsible for leading a team of retail staff, allocating tasks, and providing support and direction to deliver exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a fast-paced retail environment, direct leadership experience, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
